I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserved one.

Tikka came out on a Sunday and was at my house within an hour of my call. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he cared about doing the job right and making sure I understood what was going on.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my ductless unit in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me even more was that he went above and beyond by performing maintenance on both units, even though only one of them was having a problem.

The biggest thing that stood out was his honesty. I asked about upgrading my units, and he easily could have tried to sell me new equipment. Instead, he gave me a straightforward assessment and told me not to waste my money right now. He recommended getting another 3–5 years out of my current units before considering an upgrade.

That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. Tikka was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping rather than selling. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone needing HVAC or ductless system service.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend them they replace my hot water tank which kept leaking and having several problems, smart air put new tank on my shell gas station 1511 Middle Country Road Ridge NY, They also installed mini split units and their work is so good and very nice to see. They do upto the marks. Definitely recommend to all for all HVAC and refrigeration need.
